Conduct a Public Hearing, Deliberate, and: 1) Adopt an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration; 2) Adopt a Resolution making findings and overriding the Airport Land Use Commission’s determination of inconsistency with respect to noise policies for San Bruno‘s draft 2023-2031 Housing Element Update; and 3) Adopt a General Plan Text Amendment to Policy HS-40 to Acknowledge the Local Airport Land Use Commission’s (ALUC) Override Process, and Adopt the 2023–2031 Housing Element Update, Replacing the 2015-2023 Housing Element, with Findings that the Housing Element Substantially Complies with Housing Element Law, and Authorize Staff to Submit the Housing Element to the California Department of Housing and Community Development for Certification
