Consider Adoption of a Resolution Accepting the 2022-23 Slurry Seal Project as Complete, Authorizing the Filing of Notice of Completion with the San Mateo County Recorder’s Office, and Authorizing the Release of the Construction Contract Retention in the Amount of $42,595.87

Consider Adoption of a Resolution:
  • Accepting the San Bruno Avenue and Cherry Avenue Intersection Improvements Project as Complete;
  • Authorizing the Filing of Notice of Completion with the San Mateo Recorder’s Office; and
  • Authorizing Release of the Construction Contract Retention in the Amount of $19,666.93

Consider Adoption of a Resolution Establishing a No Parking Zone for Vehicles Over Six Feet Tall North of the Santa Lucia Avenue and El Camino Real Intersection; Modifying the Times for the No Stopping Zone on the North Side of Angus Avenue West from Masson Avenue to Hensley Avenue; and Finding Such Action Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act

Consider Adoption of an Ordinance Entitled “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of San Bruno Amending Articles II (Subdivisions) and Article III (Zoning) of Title 12 (Land Use) for Minor Amendments and Finding Such Action Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act”

Consider Adopting the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Top Priority Initiatives and Budget Principles, and Provide Direction on Requests for Additional Information for Initiatives that are Currently On Hold Pending Resource Allocation
b.
Consider Adoption of a Resolution:
  • Approving the design of the Centennial Plaza Improvements;
  • Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Construction Contract with Suarez and Munoz Construction Inc. for the Centennial Plaza Improvement Project in an amount not to exceed $1,106,728;
  • Approving a construction contingency of $115,000;
  • Approving the procurement of a comprehensive project and construction project manager in an amount not to exceed $166,000;
  • Approving a budget adjustment of $576,259 from the Community Facilities Impact Fee Fund for the completion of the project; and
  • Determining the project is exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act
